X7R is temperature stable dielec tric and regarded asClass I dielectric material.It is with high dielectric
constant and show a vanation of capacitance within +15% when temperature is between -55°C~+125°C
Itsaging rate is 0.25%/per year
X5R dielectric is also temperature stable dielectric whichwidely usedin industrial field, it is regarded as Class Idielectric material and with high dielectric constant.It shows a variation of capacitance within+l5% whenthe temperature is between -55C+85C. Its aging rate is 3%/10 years.
COG(NPO) is the most popular dielectric used to make temperature compensation capacitors. lt belongs to Class Icapacitor, and with the characteristics of stability and high frequency. its temperature coeficient is within 0+30ppmy'C
