GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADG741/ADG742 are monlihic CMOS SPST switches.
These switches are designed using n sadranced submicron
process that pondes low power dssipatlan, yet ofies high
snritching speed, low on resistance. and low leakage currents. In
adition, -3 d8 bandwidths of greater than 200 MHz .can be
achleved.
The ADG741/ADG742 can operate froma single 18 Voss V
supply. making them ideal for use in batery-powered lnstru-
ments and with Analog Devices' new generatioo ofDACs and
ADCS.
As shown in the Functioal Block Dlagrams, with a logkc input
of1 the switch of the ADG741 is cdosed, while that of the
ADG742 s open. Fach switch conducts equly well in both
drectlons wrben on.
