GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADP196 is a bigh side load switch designed for operation
from 18 V to 55 V. This load swich provides power diomnain

The low 25 uA quiescent current and ultralow shudown curent
make the ADP196 ideal for bteteypowered portable equipment
The bilt-in level shiter for coabl logkc makes the ADP196
compatible with many processors and GPIO cotollers.
Overtempenture protectioo circuitry is activated if the junctio
tempernture exceeds 1259C thereby potecting the ADP196 and
downstream dircuits from potental damagt Overcurrent pro-
